MLO (Multiple Level Object) structures are detailed interior spaces in FiveM that players can enter and explore. These provide more immersive environments with fully functional interiors. Our services are mostly free of charge, with about 80% of our features available at no cost. For selected maps and bots, we ask for a Server Boost or invites as "payment."

Our refund policy does not apply to payments made via Server Boosts or invites, as these cannot be refunded. Once a Server Boost or invites have been provided as payment for selected maps or bots, they are non-refundable.

For Discord bots, there are no ongoing hosting or maintenance fees, as the public bots run entirely on our servers. For FiveM mappings, the initial payment typically covers all development costs, and no refunds are possible for maps after they have been delivered. We are transparent about all costs upfront and will notify you before any additional charges are incurred. Since payments are made through Server Boosts or invites, no refunds are possible for either the bots or the maps.

Support is available through our Discord server, where you can open a support ticket. We aim to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not offer 24/7 support or priority support.

Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance packages for both Discord bots and FiveM mappings. For bots, this includes updates to accommodate Discord API changes, bug fixes, and minor feature enhancements. For mappings, we provide optimization updates and compatibility fixes as needed. Maintenance packages can be purchased separately or included in premium hosting plans.

Our standard response time is within 24 hours for general support requests. For critical issues affecting functionality, we aim to respond as quickly as possible regardless of the request type.
